Benjamin is an accomplished leadership development consultant with over 20 years of experience driving talent strategies for organizations ranging from the military to universities and franchise businesses.

He is deeply passionate about designing impactful programs centered around emotional intelligence, effective communication, building trust, and leading with compassion. His sweet spot is partnering with organizations to diagnose needs and craft customized learning journeys tailored to equip leaders with the mindsets and capabilities that foster inclusive, high performing cultures.

Benjamin has a Master’s in Organizational Psychology which guides his strengths-based approach. He holds multiple certifications including MSCEIT Certification Program, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Accredited Facilitator, and Everything DiSC® Certification.

He is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR), Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Society for Military Psychology.
