When a client approached me to develop a comprehensive four-day sales and customer service training course from scratch, I collaborated closely with them to understand their unique needs and goals as part of the instructional design process. Through extensive research and careful design, I created engaging, informative, and practical learning materials, including a detailed presentation, facilitator’s guide, student exam, and student guide. The end result was a tailored, high-impact training course that equipped the client’s teams with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles and drive business success.

A comprehensive 2-hour critical thinking course to meet the specific needs of a client. The course was designed to engage learners and provide them with practical tools and techniques to enhance their critical thinking skills. To ensure a well-rounded learning experience, I developed a range of materials, including an interactive presentation, a detailed facilitator’s guide, a student exam, and a student guide. The presentation was carefully crafted to deliver key concepts and ideas in an accessible and visually appealing manner, while the facilitator’s guide provided step-by-step instructions and discussion prompts to support effective course delivery. The student exam was designed to assess learners’ understanding and application of the course content, and the student guide served as a valuable reference tool, reinforcing key takeaways and providing additional resources for further learning.
